The next Evenlode Geographical Lecture evening is on Wednesday 7th May 2025 at 7.00pm in the Memorial Hall.
The evening will include a talk by Ann Gate, a retired local bookseller/teacher, who will tell us all about the landscape features & place names in West Oxfordshire. Nick Patel, conservationist & naturalist will talk about a year of wildlife at FarmED and Professor Julie Ingram from the Countryside & Community Research Institute, University of Gloucestershire will ask what the transition to net zero means for farming & land use in our landscape?’
