Not wanting to be out-done by improvements to other local amenities we have given the village website a make-over, so that visitors can benefit from having a better way to see the beautiful news… We decided not to completely re-design the website because local residents said that they liked the old fashioned style of this one.
We have been very lucky that Nicky Lloyd (one of our Parish Councillors) has worked incredibly hard to develop the website content for the community. After many years of service she will be handing the keyboard to a new editor. On behalf of the whole village I’d like to say thank you to Nicky for all the time she has volunteered to make our village website one of the best of its kind. Our new Editor will be in touch with an introduction soon.
Over the coming weeks we will be checking all the content, updating it where necessary and reaching out to local businesses and community groups to update their information if it needs a refresh. We’ll be looking to help publicise any local events, especially those in the village.
