The Great Brook Run is on!

It was possible that there would not be a run this year, but legendary legend Roger Chapman has stepped in to organise things at 10 past the 11th hour to rescue this yearly, nay annual, village tradition.

Previous participants and new runners for this fun run are welcome, as are spectators to cheer on the bold runners. If you have time to volunteer with helping with the run on the day, please contact the organisers through their website.

Because of the lateness of organising the race, there won’t be medals in time for the day but they will be delivered in the New Year –  details on the day.

All the usual stuff applies about risks, suitable clothing, Vikings, fancy dress, Russian collusion, the European Union and other stuff and – details on the dedicated  website

“Of all the sporting events that take place in the village of Chadlington on the 28th of December, at lunchtime, The Great Brook Run is probably one of the best.”
