The Editor has received a message from across the valley offering Chadlington residents a chance to join walking football sessions in Charlbury.
David Haynes writes that “last October we started a Walking Football session at Charlbury Community Centre (on the site of the old Spendlove School). It has now expanded to include an evening session. We are made up of all abilities, ex-footballers, non footballers and even a second row rugby forward.”
If you’d like to get some exercise and enjoy the beautiful game for real the sessions are Wednesday 2.30 – 4.00 pm and Thursday 7 – 8.00 pm and cost £3.50.
