Last month a group of enthusiastic naturalists did a survey of Muscari Neglectum – the wild, rare Grape Hyacinth that blooms on The Stocks every year in Chadlington. The report shows that the number of flowering heads was greater than last year. There were also many growing on the footpath, probably due to the cutting back of brambles and ground vegetation last autumn. If you’d like to find out more, here is the full report from the Wychwood Flora Group.
