The RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) annual count of birds present in people’s gardens across the UK is on 27th, 28th and 29th January this year. All you have to do to be part of this important national event is to spend one hour watching birds in your own garden or nearby park at some point over one of the nominated days.
Participants can then send in their sightings information to the charity via their website, where there are also details of how you can attract wildlife into your garden as part of their ‘Giving Nature a Home’ campaign.
