Dear parents of Chadlington,
As some of you may be aware, the government is currently looking to increase funding for children aged 3- 5 years from 15 hours per week to up to 30 hours per week.
Staff at Chadlington Playgroup would like to understand how it will effect local families and if there are any changes that may need to take place in order to accommodate your needs.
Whether your child currently attends Chadlington Playgroup or not, staff would love to hear from you. The survey is comprised of only 5 questions and is completely anonymous.
