Many residents will already be aware that we now have a ‘Good Neighbours’ scheme in the village, with volunteers supporting local people (here and in our neighbouring villages).
But in case this news has passed you by, the Editor has been asked to note that they are holding drop-in sessions for people who are looking for some support and for budding volunteers. These are held weekly on a Monday morning in St Nicholas church from 10am to midday and on a Thursday afternoon in Café de la Post from 3-5 pm. You can also contact the scheme on 07541 235002.
