Agenda for Chadlington Parish Council meeting 8 December 2014

The next meeting of Chadlington Parish Council will be held at 6 pm on 8 December at the Methodist Church.
Please note the change from the usual time and venue.

This extra-ordinary Council meeting is being hold solely to discuss finance matters, agree the budget for 2015/2016 and the precept required through West Oxfordshire District Council.

Notice is hereby given that an extra-ordinary meeting of Chadlington Parish Council will be held at the Methodist Church, Chadlington on Monday 8 December 2014 at 6.00pm when only finance matters are on the agenda.

Members of the public & press are welcome to attend. Members of the public may make representations to the Council under Item 5, in accordance with the Council’s Standing Orders. [Contact a Councillor or the Clerk at  least 2 weeks before the next Council meeting if you wish to have an item placed on the agenda]

1. Apologies: to receive and approve apologies.
2. Declaration of Interests
   1. Register of Interests – Councillors are reminded of the need to update their register of interests.
   2. To declare any pecuniary & other interests in items on the agenda & their nature.
3. Minutes: minutes of the last meeting of the Council on 10 November 2014 will be approved at 12 January 2015 meeting

4. Public participation – Opportunity for the public to ask questions.

      Approval for maximum of £279 + VAT for Greenfields Garden Services contractor to possibly add some soil and grass former concrete pad area in playground in addition to already approved works

   4. Draft CPC budget for 2015/16 & precept requirements
