There will be an extra-ordinary meeting of the Parish Council on TUESDAY 6TH DECEMBER, at the Methodist Church Hall – please note change of location for this meeting only. The meeting will cover finance matters that were deferred from the meeting on 11th November due to a lack of time. The agenda can be downloaded here but is included below also:

a. Register of Interests – Councillors are reminded of the need to update their register of

b. To declare any pecuniary & other interests in items on the agenda & their nature.

5. Finance
a. Income – WODC 2nd instalment of 2013/14 precept, £3,887.50.
b. Expenditure approvals – WODC for 2012 CPC election charges, £74.44.
c. HSBC bank mandate – update.
d. Clerk’s hours and excessive workload.
e. BDO audit booking for 4 June 2014 – request for approval.
f. Risk Review & Asset Register and Council Insurance – review of adequacy of current
Zurich cover against Asset Register & any identified new purchases required.
g. Review of budget 2013/14 to date, approval of budget for 2014/15 – estimated Tax Base
for 2014/15 financial year is £372.51.
h. Approval of precept for 2014/2015.
i. External audit 2013/14 – approval for booking BDO audit for 4 June 2014.
